- • As an Enterprise Select Account Executive at Ironclad, you will own a territory of high-potential accounts in the upper mid-market to lower enterprise segment (1,000–7,000 employees), driving new business acquisition and expansion through full-cycle SaaS sales. This role is critical to Ironclad’s growth strategy, as the Select segment blends the velocity of mid-market with the strategic complexity of enterprise, allowing you to shape how the company wins in a high-impact, evolving market.
- • Day to day, you will prospect, qualify, and run discovery; orchestrate multi-stakeholder evaluations with Legal, Procurement, IT, Sales, and Finance; partner with Solution Engineers to design tailored demos; leverage alliances and implementation partners to co-sell and increase win rates; forecast and manage pipeline in Salesforce; contribute to vertical and international plays; and act as the voice of the customer to inform product and GTM strategy.

- • In this role, you will help define what “great” looks like in the Select segment—shaping territory strategy, refining vertical plays (e.g., industrial and international growth), improving partner collaboration, and building repeatable GTM motions. You’ll develop expertise in complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, deepen your ability to tie CLM value to business outcomes like revenue acceleration and risk reduction, and grow as a strategic seller in a high-visibility, quota-carrying position that directly influences Ironclad’s market approach.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding annual targets
- • Experience selling into upper mid-market/lower enterprise segments (1,000–7,000 employees), ideally with ASP of $100K+
- • Demonstrated success running multi-stakeholder, multi-threaded deals involving Legal, Procurement, IT, and business leaders
- • Strong command of a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, value-based selling) and comfort driving disciplined deal execution
- • Proven ability to generate pipeline via outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and marketing programs—not purely reliant on inbound
- • Experience working with or around contract lifecycle management (CLM), legal tech, or adjacent spaces (e.g., sales tech, procurement/source-to-pay) is a strong plus
