- • As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will shape customer journeys before implementation by designing and scoping professional services opportunities, ensuring alignment between sales promises and delivery outcomes to drive long-term customer success.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to scope complex enterprise deals, translate business needs into tailored implementation strategies, and create negotiated Statements of Work that reflect accurate scope, effort, and sequencing.
- • You will participate in sales handoffs to ensure continuity into delivery, align pre-sales commitments with post-sales execution during kickoff calls, and refine go-to-market motions by identifying patterns in successful and challenging engagements to improve service delivery frameworks.
- • You will contribute to playbooks and best practices that enhance how Ashby sells and delivers services, strengthen collaboration between Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success, and directly impact win rates, time-to-value, and customer retention through successful outcomes.
- • You will work within Ashby’s Customer Success organization as a highly cross-functional member of the growing Professional Services team, reporting to the Head of Professional Services, and engage with executive stakeholders to ensure implementations are designed for scalability and long-term value.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS across Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or Management Consulting
- • Strong ability to diagnose business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving meaningful implementation components
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives and align cross-functional teams
- • Comfort navigating collaboration between pre-sales and post-sales teams
- • Strong judgment to balance customer needs, business outcomes, and operational feasibility
