- • As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Jasper AI, you will serve as a strategic technical partner to the Enterprise Sales team, leading the consultative and technical components of the presales motion to help enterprise organizations unlock measurable ROI through AI-driven marketing transformation.
- • You will partner with the Enterprise Sales team to support the entire customer journey, including discoveries, demos, workshops, managing trials, and uncovering expansion opportunities, while aligning solutions with broader business goals and simplifying complex concepts into impactful, value-driven narratives.
- • You will confidently present to C-Suite stakeholders both in-person and virtually, translating complex technical concepts into compelling business value while earning trust with technical stakeholders through deep dives into Jasper’s architecture, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- • You will bring a deep understanding of MarTech to scope and design end-to-end custom solutions leveraging APIs and automation tools (including iPaaS like Workato), develop proof-of-concepts, and partner with engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to extend your expertise beyond traditional solutions engineering.
- • You will represent Jasper at customer onsites, conferences, and industry events, building long-term relationships with marketing, IT, operations, and executive stakeholders to position Jasper as a strategic AI partner — not just a software vendor — while traveling as needed to support enterprise engagements.
- • You will thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with minimal guidance, actively integrating AI into your own workflows to elevate customer outcomes, streamline processes, and continuously expand your capabilities in prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG, and GenAI applications.
- • You will grow into a recognized leader among peers, customers, and the industry by shaping AI strategy for Fortune 500 enterprises, gaining exposure to cutting-edge MarTech innovations, and contributing to Jasper’s mission of reimagining marketing workflows at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience working complex, 6-figure deals at a SaaS company, preferably with a startup background, with a proven track record in enterprise sales or solutions engineering.
- • Deep understanding of the MarTech space and proven ability to sell to marketers, with a value-led approach that quantifies the business impact of technology investments.
- • Experience working with APIs, building custom POCs, and utilizing iPaaS solutions (Workato experience is a plus), along with a foundational understanding of AI (LLMs, RAG, prompting) and practical skills in crafting and optimizing prompts for GenAI applications.
