• • As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at CodeRabbit, you will serve as a technical advisor and champion for customers, playing a crucial role in the pre-sales journey by partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to help customers appreciate the value of CodeRabbit’s AI-powered code review platform.
• • You will collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements, translate business objectives into technical solutions, drive compelling demos and Proof of Values (PoVs), respond to security questionnaires, provide feedback to product and engineering teams, stay current on AI-powered development tools, contribute to internal documentation, and support smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales for customer onboarding.
