📋 Description

• As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at ElevenLabs, you will play a critical role in scaling the company's voice AI platform for enterprise customers across Europe, acting as a technical bridge between product, sales, and clients to ensure successful adoption and integration of AI-powered voice solutions.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of the sales process, engaging directly with customer technical teams to design and implement tailored solutions, creating compelling product demonstrations, developing enablement materials for internal teams, and building self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to deploy ElevenLabs’ technology independently.
• You will join a high-velocity, impact-driven team at ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company valued at $11B with backing from top-tier investors like Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia, known for pioneering human-like AI voice technology and expanding into AI-powered agents, creative tools, and developer APIs serving global enterprises.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI integration, enterprise sales enablement, and technical solution architecture while contributing to product innovation by identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled across the platform, all within a culture that values impact over titles and encourages autonomous, AI-first problem solving.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German to effectively communicate with key partners and stakeholders
• Strong technical background to help customers architect integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and their existing systems
• Proficiency in Python, including deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including through student projects or side initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products, with a drive to solve customer problems and scale solutions
