📋 Description

• As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at ElevenLabs, you will play a critical role in scaling the company's voice AI platform for enterprise customers across North America, directly contributing to the adoption and success of cutting-edge AI technology in real-world business applications.
• Day to day, you will collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of sales, engage with customer technical teams to design tailored solutions, build compelling product demonstrations, create enablement materials for internal teams, and develop self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement ElevenLabs’ platforms independently.
• You will join a high-velocity, impact-driven team at ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company valued at $11B, known for its human-like voice models and expanding into AI-powered agents, creative tools, and developer APIs, serving clients from startups to global enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI integration, customer-facing technical consulting, and solution architecture, while gaining influence over product development by identifying patterns to productize and working closely with engineering teams to bring scalable features to market.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
• Experience working directly with customers on technical problems, including from academic or side projects
• Strong technical background to help customers architect integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and their existing systems
• Proficiency in Python with deep understanding of software development, architecture, and integration patterns
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences
