📋 Description

• As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at ElevenLabs Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company's voice AI platform for enterprise customers by bridging technical expertise with customer needs and sales enablement.
• Day to day, you will collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of sales, engage directly with customer technical teams to design tailored solutions, build compelling product demonstrations, create enablement materials for internal teams, develop self-service tools and documentation, and identify recurring integration patterns to productize with the product team.
• You will join a driven, growing team in ElevenLabs’ Singapore office, contributing to the expansion of their voice AI solutions in the APAC region through close collaboration with sales, product, and engineering.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI deployments, refine your customer-facing technical consulting skills, gain influence in shaping product direction through feedback from real-world implementations, and grow as a trusted advisor at the intersection of AI technology and enterprise needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
• Strong technical background to help customers architect integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and their existing systems
• Proficiency in Python, including deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity (including student clubs or side projects)
• Mandarin and English language proficiency
