📋 Description

  • As Senior Enterprise Solutions Marketer at Lovable Labs Inc., you will serve as the dedicated marketing partner embedded within enterprise GTM and sales teams, translating technical product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers focused on security, scale, governance, speed-to-value, and organizational transformation.
  • You will own the enterprise narrative end-to-end — developing positioning frameworks, sales decks, customer stories, campaign strategies, and thought leadership that establishes Lovable as the trusted platform for enterprise-scale AI-powered software development, while working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align messaging with roadmap and field insights.
  • Lovable Labs Inc. is a small, talent-dense team based in Stockholm building a generation-defining company that empowers over 2 million users across 200+ countries to create software with any language, valued for extreme ownership, high velocity, low-ego collaboration, and a mission to democratize software creation through AI.
  • In this role, you will define the first enterprise messaging frameworks, sales playbooks, and campaign strategies, using AI tools to accelerate research, content production, and campaign execution while building scalable, repeatable processes that amplify your impact and that of the broader GTM organization.
  • You will develop enterprise sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battle cards, objection handling guides, ROI frameworks, and customer proof points that directly accelerate deal velocity and support complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • You will partner with enterprise product managers to deeply understand the technology under the hood — including security, compliance, SSO/SAML, role-based access, audit logs, and workspace management — and translate these capabilities into business outcome-driven narratives before, during, and after product launches.
  • You will collaborate with the enterprise marketing team to plan and execute integrated campaigns targeting enterprise accounts across content, digital, events, ABM, and executive engagement, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • You will build and maintain a library of enterprise customer stories, use case narratives, and competitive positioning assets that the broader GTM organization can leverage to strengthen credibility and differentiation in competitive deals.
  • You will develop thought leadership content and secure speaking opportunities that position Lovable as a trusted innovator in enterprise AI-powered development, enhancing brand authority and inbound interest from key decision-makers.
  • You will identify emerging enterprise use cases, personas, and objection patterns from field interactions, feeding insights back to product, marketing, and GTM leadership to inform strategy and prioritize investments.
  • You will report on which enablement materials, campaigns, and messages are driving enterprise pipeline and closed revenue, using data to iterate and optimize performance in real time.
  • You will continuously experiment with AI tools and workflows to accelerate your own output — from competitive analysis to content creation — and share effective practices with the team to elevate collective productivity and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience with significant time spent supporting enterprise sales motions in solutions marketing, product marketing, field marketing, or sales enablement roles at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven ability to think like a product marketer first — deeply understanding the product, technology, and competitive landscape before crafting messaging, including reading technical docs, engaging with engineers, and using the product personally.
  • Strong writing skills to craft clear, compelling, and differentiated narratives for enterprise positioning docs, customer stories, and board-ready sales decks that resonate with C-suite and technical buyers.
  • Demonstrated experience working as an embedded marketing partner alongside sales teams, with understanding of pipeline dynamics, deal progression, and how to influence complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a 0-to-1 environment — building processes from scratch, navigating ambiguity, and operating with speed in a fast-scaling organization.
  • Skill in translating technical product capabilities (e.g., security, compliance, SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logs) into the language enterprise buyers care about: risk mitigation, governance, speed-to-value, scalability, and organizational impact.
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration as connective tissue between product, GTM, content, and leadership teams, ensuring alignment and shared ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong product intuition and genuine technical curiosity — capable of understanding how the product works under the hood and translating that into enterprise customer value without needing to be an engineer.
  • Systems thinking mindset — defaulting to building repeatable, scalable processes and frameworks over one-off outputs, and actively experimenting with AI tooling to enhance personal and team efficiency.
