- • As an Enterprise Systems Engineer at The Browser Company, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining the IT infrastructure that supports a global, hybrid workforce, ensuring seamless and secure technology experiences for employees.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and automating employee onboarding, access management, and offboarding systems; managing secure device deployment (macOS and Windows); implementing RBAC and birthright access policies; utilizing infrastructure-as-code for configuration management; automating IT workflows; partnering with Security on compliance controls; evaluating new SaaS tools; and creating documentation to empower independent, secure work.
- • You will join a small but mighty IT team working closely with the IT Program Manager, Security, Engineering, and People teams to strengthen collaboration tools, identity systems, and automations that enable hundreds of employees to be productive and secure.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern IT practices at a fast-growing AI-powered software company, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge IGA and endpoint management tools, and help shape scalable, secure systems that support innovation and employee experience at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a versatile IT engineer in fast-paced, distributed environments with strong focus on Identity & Access Management, particularly within Google Workspace ecosystems
- • Strong grasp of endpoint management tools and frameworks (MDM, BYOD, MAM) across platforms, primarily macOS with additional Windows device support experience
- • Experience implementing and managing SSO systems (Azure, Google, Okta) and SCIM integrations to establish RBAC and birthright access controls for corporate identities
- • Familiarity with provisioning workloads on major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- • Ability to partner with stakeholders across the business to synthesize and present technical solutions that drive business efficiency
- • Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment implementing new systems and technologies
- • Ability to maintain 4+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time due to North American team distribution
