- ⢠As an Enterprise Territory Manager for Distribution at Epicor Software Corporation, you will drive revenue growth by owning and executing territory strategy to meet or exceed sales quotas in a remote, US-based role focused on ERP solutions for distribution businesses.
- ⢠You will act as a strategic sales leader, leveraging deep industry expertise in Epicorās Distribution product suite to differentiate offerings, build executive-level relationships, and coordinate cross-functionally to maximize revenue from complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- ⢠You will be responsible for maintaining accurate CRM data, generating a qualified pipeline of 5X annual quota, and delivering consistent weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to ensure forecast accuracy and strategic alignment.

- ⢠What the person will do day to day:
- ⢠Own and refine territory strategy aligned with corporate business goals, including setting quarterly targets, identifying high-potential accounts, and adjusting tactics based on market feedback and competitive intelligence.
- ⢠Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline equivalent to five times the annual quota, using targeted outreach, industry events, and partner referrals to engage decision-makers in distribution, logistics, and wholesale sectors.
- ⢠Conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and ROI workshops tailored to distribution-specific pain points such as inventory optimization, supply chain visibility, and multi-warehouse management using Epicorās ERP solutions.
- ⢠Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial contact through negotiation, contract execution, and handoff to implementation teams, ensuring seamless transitions and high customer satisfaction.
- ⢠Collaborate with marketing, product, customer success, and technical teams to align messaging, share field insights, and co-create solutions that address evolving customer needs in the distribution vertical.
- ⢠Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) with accurate activity logging, opportunity staging, and forecast updates; prepare and deliver performance reports to leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- ⢠Mentor junior sales representatives, share best practices in complex selling, and participate in internal training programs to elevate team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- ⢠Proven track record of sales success in the software industry with 8+ years of applicable ERP experience and demonstrated success in selling enterprise solutions.
- ⢠3+ years of specialized industry experience in Distribution, including deep knowledge of distribution business models, supply chain challenges, and industry-specific ERP requirements.
- ⢠Bachelorās degree or equivalent professional experience, with ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
