📋 Description

• Serve as the primary enterprise sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across Singapore and Malaysia for SonarSource’s AI code review and verification platform.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with enterprise customers including Fortune 100 companies such as Nvidia, ServiceNow, Booking.com, Goldman Sachs, AstraZeneca, and Ford Motor Company.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles for SonarQube, SonarQube Foundation Agent, SonarSweep, and Sonar Context Augmentation, from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to demonstrate the value of Sonar’s AI code verification solutions in mitigating risks from AI-generated code, including reducing outages by up to 44%.
• Identify and qualify new enterprise prospects within high-growth industries including finance, automotive, healthcare, and technology.
• Develop and execute territory-specific go-to-market strategies aligned with SonarSource’s global sales objectives and CODE values: Committed to customers, Obsessed with quality, Deliberate in decisions, Effective as one team.
• Partner with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of enterprise clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance reports to regional leadership.
• Represent SonarSource at industry events, technical conferences, and customer-facing forums across Singapore and Malaysia to increase brand visibility and thought leadership in AI-driven software development.
• Educate prospects and customers on the critical role of independent, explainable, and consistent code governance in the Agent-Centric Development Cycle (AC/DC).
• Work closely with global product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and market insights to inform product roadmap priorities.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for enterprise licenses and subscriptions across the Singapore and Malaysia region.
• Maintain deep understanding of competitive landscape including AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, and Devin, and position Sonar’s solutions as the essential governance layer.
• Ensure compliance with all regional legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements in sales and customer interactions.
• Travel within Singapore and Malaysia as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and support partner ecosystems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise engineering, security, and DevOps teams on how to integrate Sonar’s tools into their AI-assisted development workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding enterprise software sales targets in Southeast Asia, specifically in Singapore and Malaysia
• Experience selling developer tools, DevOps platforms, or AI-powered software solutions to large organizations
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)
• Strong ability to navigate complex enterprise procurement processes and engage with technical and executive stakeholders
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
