- • As an Entrepreneur in Residence at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will serve as a strategic growth partner to the CEO, operating as a high-trust, high-impact advisor in a fast-growing digital insurance platform expanding globally.
- • You will partner with the CEO and executive leadership to define and execute strategic priorities, translate strategy into actionable plans, lead cross-functional task forces, and drive initiatives that accelerate company growth across functions.
- • You will identify and assess new business opportunities, design and pilot new business models, products, and services, and facilitate innovation workshops to foster organizational ideation and experimentation.
- • You will diagnose operational bottlenecks, optimize processes and decision flows, mentor senior managers and high-potential talent, and act as a credible representative of the CEO Office in internal and external stakeholder engagements.
- • You will join a lean, high-performance culture that values ownership, speed, results, and entrepreneurial thinking over hierarchy, where your impact directly shapes the company’s trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 to 10 years of professional experience, ideally including founding or leading a startup, scaling a business, or driving high-impact strategic initiatives.
- • Demonstrated track record of translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable results.
- • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder influence capabilities with strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, think creatively, take calculated risks, and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- • Strong business judgment, financial acumen, and a collaborative, resilient, growth-oriented mindset.
