📋 Description

• As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), GTM at Sprinto, you will work directly with the co-founder to tackle high-impact, cross-functional challenges that are slowing growth or living unowned between teams, diagnosing root causes, owning solutions end-to-end, and exiting once they are scaling independently.
• Your day-to-day will involve alternating between fixing broken elements in Go-to-Market (GTM) execution and building new 0→1 initiatives from scratch — moving fluidly across sales, partnerships, growth, and pricing while maintaining a systems-level view of how GTM, product, pricing, and organizational structure interact as a unified engine.
• You will operate within a fast-paced, innovative, and supportive environment at Sprinto, an AI-native GRC platform serving 3,000+ customers across 75+ countries, backed by Accel, Elevation, and Blume Ventures with $31.8M in funding, and recognized as a Leader on G2 in Compliance Automation.
• This role is designed for past founders and senior commercial operators seeking the autonomy and impact of a CXO trajectory within a scaling company, or the opportunity to sharpen entrepreneurial instincts and expand their network with the goal of founding again.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a founder or senior commercial operator with a track record of driving revenue growth and solving complex go-to-market challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with a systems-thinking mindset, integrating insights across sales, product, pricing, and organizational dynamics.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, high-ownership environments where you are expected to diagnose problems, take full accountability, and deliver measurable outcomes without predefined briefs.
