- • As an Entry-level Account Manager, you will be an integral part of Bisnow's Client Success team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our commercial real estate (CRE) clients derive maximum value from our comprehensive B2B media platform. This position, internally titled Account Delivery Manager, is designed for ambitious individuals eager to launch a career in client relationship management and sales enablement within the dynamic CRE sector. You will be instrumental in fostering strong client partnerships, driving product adoption, and contributing to the overall success and retention of our valued customers.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture a portfolio of Bisnow clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact. This involves understanding their unique business objectives, challenges, and how Bisnow's suite of offerings – including award-winning news, impactful events, marketing solutions, recruiting services, and sales enablement tools – can be leveraged to achieve their goals. You will proactively engage with clients to ensure they are fully utilizing our platform's capabilities, providing guidance, support, and strategic recommendations.
- • A key aspect of this role is facilitating seamless client onboarding and ongoing engagement. You will guide new clients through the initial setup process, ensuring a smooth transition and early success. For existing clients, you will conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy sessions to reinforce the value proposition of Bisnow and identify opportunities for deeper engagement or expansion. This includes educating clients on new features, best practices, and industry trends relevant to their business.
- • You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Events, to ensure a cohesive and exceptional client experience. This cross-functional teamwork is crucial for addressing client needs, resolving issues promptly, and communicating client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the future of Bisnow's offerings.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving. When clients encounter challenges or have specific needs, you will be responsible for diagnosing the issue, coordinating with relevant internal departments to find effective solutions, and communicating these resolutions clearly and efficiently to the client. Your ability to anticipate potential issues and address them before they escalate will be a significant factor in client satisfaction and retention.
- • You will also be involved in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling. By deeply understanding client needs and Bisnow's evolving product suite, you will be able to propose additional services or solutions that can further enhance their business outcomes. This requires a keen business acumen and a consultative sales approach, even within a client success framework.
- • The position offers a clear and supported career progression path. Starting as an Account Delivery Manager, you will gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in client management, communication, and strategic thinking. - • This role is based in the Los Angeles area, following a hybrid schedule with four days in the office at 1875 Century Park E Los Angeles CA 90067, and one day remote. Additionally, you will be expected to travel approximately 2–3 days per month to various West Coast cities to meet with clients, attend industry events, and strengthen relationships. This travel component is essential for building rapport and understanding the nuances of the West Coast CRE market.
