📋 Description

• • The Environmental Solutions Project Manager at OpenDeal Inc. (operating as Republic Services, Inc.) is responsible for managing the execution of environmental projects at client sites, ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for health, safety, and project delivery.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing onsite customer service such as regulatory inspections, waste characterization, and documentation; developing reuse and recycling programs; providing data reporting per contract specifications; monitoring subcontractor performance; assisting with technical system implementation; delivering training and end-user support; and collaborating with sales to propose compliant solutions and identify new business opportunities.
• • The role operates within Republic Services’ Environmental Solutions division, a leader in managing complex waste streams including hazardous, special, and industrial waste, with a focus on sustainability, circularity, and decarbonization initiatives across North America.
• • The Project Manager will develop expertise in environmental regulations (RCRA, DOT, TSCA), hazardous waste operations, project management, and client-facing technical consulting, while contributing to the company’s mission of advancing sustainability and achieving profitable growth through innovative environmental solutions.
