- ⢠As an Epic Application Analyst at Ensemble Health Partners LLC, you will play a critical role in optimizing revenue cycle performance for healthcare clients by leveraging your Epic certification and deep expertise in revenue cycle workflows. This remote, nationwide position directly impacts hospital financial health and patient access by ensuring Epic systems are configured, optimized, and aligned with best practices to drive revenue integrity, reduce denials, and improve operational efficiency across client organizations.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and implementing long-term Epic strategy across operations and IT, educating operational leadership on process improvement and Epic best practices, assisting in policy implementation, collaborating with Revenue Cycle leaders on reporting and workflow design, standardizing workflows to increase revenue, serving as the lead for Epic issues and change requests, producing and reviewing decision documents and SBARDs, running client meetings, monitoring client satisfaction, and performing account-level audits to ensure optimal system performance. You will also focus on specific areas such as denial reduction, DNFB/CFB reduction, late charge reduction, registration and scheduling accuracy, authorization capture, coding accuracy, and overall productivity improvement.
