📋 Description
- • Administer user access within the eQMS Quality Management System, ensuring secure, compliant, and accurate management of user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and roles.
- • Maintain and review user access in alignment with approved procedures, regulatory requirements, and data integrity principles in a GxP-regulated environment.
- • Serve as the primary system support reference and Subject Matter Expert for the eQMS, providing guidance and consultation to users on system functionality and compliance.
- • Support audit readiness and ensure ongoing compliance during internal and external audits and inspections by maintaining accurate audit trails and electronic records controls.
- • Assist in the migration of document sharing processes from external platforms to eQMS Binders, ensuring seamless transition and data integrity.
- • Provide timely user support for system-related issues, troubleshooting access problems, and resolving ticketed requests through established workflows.
- • Uphold strict documentation discipline by maintaining clear, complete, and auditable records of all administrative actions and system changes.
- • Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, adhering to data privacy and security protocols.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system usage aligns with quality assurance standards and operational needs.
- • Participate in system enhancements, process improvements, and compliance initiatives related to the eQMS platform.
- • Ensure all administrative activities reflect a strong understanding of electronic records, access controls, and regulatory expectations in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally to convey complex system requirements, compliance expectations, and procedural updates to diverse stakeholders.
- • Prioritize and manage multiple administrative tasks with high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all user access and system maintenance activities.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational abilities to balance routine system administration with ad hoc support requests and compliance-driven initiatives.
