- • Sell dental equipment to customers while supporting regional market share growth under the guidance of experienced Equipment Specialists.
- • Participate in region installation meetings and manufacturer meetings to gain industry-specific knowledge and build professional networks.
- • Co-travel with service technicians and senior Equipment Specialists to learn product applications, site visits, quoting processes, and installation procedures.
- • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by educating clients on product features, distinctions, and optimal utilization as directed by regional leadership.
- • Represent the company during sales calls and contribute directly to achieving assigned regional sales goals.
- • Achieve annual sales targets established in collaboration with the Director of Equipment Sales.
- • Manage administrative responsibilities including accurate data entry in Salesforce, preparing sales quotes, conducting site-checks, and following up on equipment orders.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for equipment marketing leads, partnering with the Marketing team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- • Attend industry trade shows and sales meetings to stay current on market trends, introduce new products, and expand business with existing customers.
- • Collaborate with manufacturer sales representatives to align sales and marketing strategies, enhance customer service, and identify new business opportunities.
- • Learn all aspects of the Equipment Specialist role through hands-on training, including product drawings, worksheets, ECS/SOC processes, and sales workflows.
- • Travel frequently within an assigned territory for job shadowing, customer in-services, and sales visits; may be required to temporarily relocate to cover open territories.
- • Maintain a valid driver’s license and be prepared for daily travel across the United States.
- • Develop professional credibility, strong communication skills, and foundational knowledge of dental equipment industry practices through structured, year-long training.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1 to 3 years of related professional experience
- • Valid driver’s license
- • Willingness to relocate anywhere in the United States after training period
- • Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline (preferred)
- • Basic understanding of industry practices and sales procedures
- • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales quoting systems
