Equity Administrator

📋 Description

• • As an Equity Administrator at Stripe, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the company’s global equity program, ensuring employees receive fair and competitive compensation through proper administration of stock options, RSUs, and other equity awards.
• • Day to day, you will own equity data accuracy in Shareworks, process grants and exercises, reconcile monthly and quarterly activity, maintain participant records, collaborate with accounting, tax, payroll, and legal teams, and support employees through educational resources and responsive customer service.
• • You will join Stripe’s Total Rewards team, which designs compensation strategies aligned with business goals to attract, retain, and motivate talent across geographies, operating within a mission-driven culture focused on increasing the GDP of the internet.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global equity administration, tax compliance, and process automation while developing leadership in cross-functional collaboration and employee experience design within a high-growth, innovative financial technology company.
