📋 Description

• The Escrow Holdback Team Lead oversees day-to-day operations of the EHB staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, adherence to service level agreements, and compliance with CCM policies and loan approval requirements.
• The role involves managing workflow, assigning and balancing tasks, monitoring timecards, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting team productivity and compliance in the Post-Closing Escrow Holdback process.
