- • Manage escrow transactions from opening to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- • Communicate directly with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the closing process to facilitate smooth transactions.
- • Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and legal documents to identify, assess, and resolve potential title issues.
- • Coordinate with title examiners, attorneys, and insurance companies to resolve title defects and ensure clear title transfer.
- • Prepare all closing documents, including settlement statements, deeds, and affidavits, ensuring completeness and timeliness.
- • Conduct closings in accordance with state-specific escrow laws and company procedures.
- • Oversee the disbursement of funds to all parties involved after closing, ensuring proper allocation and documentation.
- • Record all closing documents with the appropriate county or jurisdictional offices post-closing.
- • Maintain detailed, confidential records for every escrow transaction, adhering to data privacy and compliance standards.
- • Stay current on evolving real estate laws, escrow regulations, and industry best practices within the assigned state.
- • Utilize escrow management systems such as Doubletime or Qualia to track transaction progress and document workflows.
- • Participate in quarterly travel to attend broker events and engage with regional or state partners to support business development and relationship-building.
- • Work standard business hours Monday through Friday, aligned with local time zone of the supported state.
- • Sit for extended periods while managing documents, reviewing records, and using computer systems.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of direct experience in escrow, title services, or real estate transactions
- • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures specific to the assigned U.S. state
- • Active Escrow Officer license (may be required)
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow management systems (Doubletime or Qualia preferred)
- • High School Diploma or equivalent
- • Notary public certification preferred
