Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the end-to-end coordination of Sensor Tower’s global event calendar, spanning owned summits, executive dinners, happy hours, workshops, marquee trade shows, and high-impact conferences across AMER and EMEA. You will be the central hub who turns strategic vision into flawless on-site reality, ensuring every touch-point advances pipeline growth and elevates our brand as the definitive leader in mobile and digital advertising intelligence.
  • • Partner daily with the Event Marketing Manager to translate business objectives into detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and RACI matrices. You will scope audience targets, set SMART goals, forecast ROI, and build data-driven event strategies that ladder directly to quarterly revenue and retention KPIs.
  • • Drive meticulous pre-production: secure venues, manage RFPs, negotiate contracts, coordinate catering, A/V, security, transportation, and lodging. You will maintain master planning spreadsheets, pre-production decks, copy docs, nomination trackers, and lead-scoring dashboards so every stakeholder—from sales to product—has real-time clarity.
  • • Collaborate with the creative team to concept and produce scroll-stopping digital and print assets: save-the-date emails, landing pages, social tiles, booth graphics, swag, signage, and immersive stage designs. Your eye for brand consistency ensures every banner, lanyard, and LED wall reinforces Sensor Tower’s sleek, data-centric identity.
  • • Own registration funnels end-to-end: build Marketo programs, craft nurture sequences, A/B test subject lines, and sync data to Salesforce campaigns. You will monitor CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline attribution, pivoting tactics on the fly to hit aggressive attendee and SQL targets.
  • • Coordinate cross-functional war rooms—sales, product marketing, customer success, and executive leadership—to align messaging, prep speakers, and rehearse demos. You will build briefing packets, run Q&A sessions, and deploy Slack channels so every rep knows exactly how to turn booth conversations into closed-won deals.
  • • Manage on-site execution with military precision: oversee load-in schedules, staff briefings, badge scanning, session transitions, live-streaming, and VIP hospitality. Your calm under pressure keeps 500-person keynotes and 20-person roundtables running like clockwork, earning kudos from attendees and internal execs alike.
  • • Track budgets down to the penny: build line-item forecasts, secure PO approvals, reconcile invoices, and deliver post-event P&L reports. You will identify cost-saving hacks—bulk hotel blocks, sponsorship bundles, early-bird rates—while never compromising attendee experience.
  • • Lead post-event debriefs: compile attendance analytics, survey sentiment, lead quality scores, and influenced revenue. You will craft executive read-outs that spotlight wins, flag gaps, and recommend iterative improvements for the next cycle.
  • • Spearhead virtual and hybrid extensions: produce webinars, live panels, and digital lounges that scale reach to global audiences unable to travel. You will manage platforms like ON24 or Hopin, coordinate speaker tech checks, and moderate chat to maintain engagement.
  • • Build and nurture a vetted vendor bench—caterers, decorators, A/V houses, staffing agencies, swag suppliers—across Los Angeles, New York, London, and Berlin. Your negotiation prowess locks in favorable terms and ensures consistent quality worldwide.
  • • Travel up to 25% across AMER and EMEA to provide boots-on-the-ground leadership, troubleshoot last-minute surprises, and capture content for social amplification. Your passport will fill quickly as you become the face of Sensor Tower’s event excellence.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-3 years of hands-on event planning and management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or tech
  • • Demonstrated success owning logistics for both large-scale conferences (500+ attendees) and intimate executive gatherings
  • • Strong project management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • • Working knowledge of marketing fundamentals—branding, messaging, lead lifecycle, and ROI measurement
  • • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to executives and negotiating with vendors
  • • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% across AMER and EMEA regions

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive base salary of $80,000–$90,000 plus performance bonuses
  • • Hybrid work model with modern Culver City headquarters and flexible remote days
  • • Annual professional development stipend for event certifications, conferences, or courses
  • • Premium medical, dental, and vision coverage plus 401(k) with company match
  • • Monthly wellness and phone/internet allowances, plus generous PTO and volunteer days
