As we experience hyper-growth, having quintupled our revenue in the past year, we are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Marketing Coordinator Associate to join our passionate team.
  • • This role is a unique opportunity for an individual early in their marketing career who thrives on building, solving complex problems, and operating within a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of high-impact events designed to foster community, generate pipeline, and elevate our brand visibility. Reporting to the Head of Events & Experiential Marketing, you will be instrumental in bringing a diverse array of experiences to life, ranging from our flagship conferences and intimate executive dinners to industry sponsorships and unique experiential gatherings.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the entire event lifecycle, demanding a blend of creativity and operational excellence. You will meticulously manage key logistics, including but not limited to venue sourcing, vendor negotiation and management, food and beverage coordination, audio-visual production, shipping and logistics for event materials, sourcing and managing branded swag and giveaways, designing and implementing signage strategies, arranging travel and accommodation for attendees and staff, and coordinating hotel room blocks and transportation. Your attention to detail will be crucial in owning operational aspects such as setting up registration systems, tracking attendee engagement, preparing name badges, developing detailed run-of-show documents, and ensuring seamless internal communication.
  • • Beyond logistics, you will actively contribute to pre-event promotion and outreach efforts. This includes collaborating with our Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams to identify and target key attendees, supporting outreach campaigns, and ensuring effective follow-up strategies are in place. You will be responsible for building and maintaining comprehensive event timelines, detailed project plans, and internal communication workflows to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the planning process.
  • • A key part of your role will involve partnering closely with our Creative team to produce essential event assets. This includes designing and developing invitations, impactful signage, compelling presentations, informative collateral, and other branded materials that reinforce the AirOps brand identity. You will also support the creation of post-event recaps, analyze event performance, and manage the organization of photo and video assets for both internal storytelling and external marketing initiatives.
  • • Ensuring consistent brand representation across all event touchpoints – from the physical environment and digital interfaces to all attendee interactions – will be a core focus. You will be the guardian of our brand, ensuring every event reflects our values and enhances our reputation as a category leader in AI-powered content and search.
