- • Own the full lifecycle of Monarch’s event portfolio, including national medical conferences, association meetings, field activations, and hosted physician experiences, ensuring each is strategically aligned with physician lead generation and brand awareness goals.
- • Design and execute local market-level events such as intimate dinner roundtables and targeted networking activations in priority regions to build physician relationships and generate qualified leads.
- • Develop and implement audience targeting strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams to identify which physicians to engage, in which markets, and through which communication channels.
- • Create compelling promotional materials including invitations, email campaigns, landing pages, and follow-up sequences that drive physician attendance and engagement.
- • Manage all event logistics end-to-end: vendor selection and contracts, budget allocation and tracking, shipping of materials, staffing, on-site execution, and post-event cleanup.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between event execution and the sales team, ensuring seamless lead capture, timely handoff, and clear follow-up protocols to convert event engagement into pipeline.
- • Establish and track key performance metrics for every event—including attendance rates, engagement levels, and qualified physician leads generated—and use data insights to optimize future programs.
- • Write sharp, professional copy tailored to physicians and healthcare decision-makers that communicates Monarch’s mission of human-centered, concierge women’s healthcare.
- • Operate independently in a remote environment with high ownership, initiative, and precision, managing multiple concurrent events without oversight or hand-holding.
- • Maintain rigorous standards for brand consistency, operational excellence, and attendee experience across all event formats, from large-scale national conferences to small local gatherings.
- • Build and sustain strong relationships with external vendors, medical societies, conference organizers, and local partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
- • Align all event activities with Monarch’s broader growth strategy and mission to transform women’s healthcare through deeper physician-patient relationships and membership-based care models.
- • Proactively identify new event opportunities and formats that expand Monarch’s reach among target physician audiences in underserved or high-potential markets.
- • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in healthcare marketing, particularly when engaging with medical professionals.
- • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership, including the Chief Partnership Officer and CEO, highlighting ROI, learnings, and recommendations for scaling successful initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–7 years of experience in marketing with meaningful exposure to events, field marketing, or demand generation
- • Proven track record driving physician, professional, or B2B audience attendance and pipeline through events
- • Strong writing skills—able to develop clear, compelling messaging for a professional audience
- • Demonstrated ability to manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships end-to-end
- • Comfortable owning outcomes independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
- • Willing and able to travel approximately 25–30% of the time
