- • As an Event Sales Representative at ServiceTitan, you will build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers while cultivating a strong, vertical-focused sales pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting high-volume prospecting via strategic partnerships, owning cross-functional collaboration with Sales Executives to develop communication plans and coordinate demonstrations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the ServiceTitan product and home services industry, and traveling to events such as trade shows and dealer meetings.
- • You will also own the scheduling and execution of online product demonstrations, engage in networking and relationship-building with attendees (including post-event dinners), physically visit customers and prospects, and manage your sales pipeline, forecast, and activity in Salesforce to meet or exceed monthly sales opportunity and meeting goals.
- • ServiceTitan is a fast-growing, mission-driven company serving the home services industry with innovative SaaS solutions. The sales team plays a critical role in expanding market reach and delivering value to contractors through tailored technology solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced sales and relationship-building skills, gain deep industry expertise in home services technology, master CRM and sales enablement tools like Salesforce, and grow your ability to manage complex sales cycles — positioning you for advancement into senior sales or account management roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- • 12+ months of outbound calling experience
- • Ability to travel 40% of the time
- • Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor both on the phone and in person
- • Resourceful and adaptable to change
- • Preferred: successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment
