Events Lead

📋 Description

• • As the Events Lead at Morpho Inc., you will own and elevate how the company shows up in the world by building a dedicated, commercially-minded events function from the ground up, covering everything from recurring hosted dinners and conference attendance to flagship Morpho-owned productions.
• • Day to day, you will own the events calendar end to end, decide which conferences to attend and who represents the team, plan and run hosted experiences including venue selection and merch, lead Morpho-owned conferences from concept to execution, track speaking and sponsorship opportunities, manage branded collateral, and lead vision for internal events and offsites.
• • Morpho is a leading DeFi lending protocol that has raised significant funding from top-tier investors and manages over $1 billion in deposits, aiming to build an open lending network that gives anyone, anywhere access to the best possible financial terms.
• • In this role, you will gain ownership over Morpho’s global presence at key moments, build a flagship conference from scratch, work cross-functionally with marketing, BD, and leadership, and establish yourself as the person who makes the company show up better than ever before.
