- • As a Senior Cloud Engineer at EverCommerce, you will lead the architecture, deployment, and continuous operation of AWS cloud infrastructure to support the company’s mission of digitally transforming the service economy through tailored SaaS solutions for 725,000+ customers in Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Wellness industries.
- • Day to day, you will design and evolve AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation, define standards for scalability, security, and disaster recovery, manage AWS Organization services (Control Tower, IAM Identity Center, IPAM), build automation for provisioning and CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot complex production issues, implement zero-trust and WAF controls, operate Teleport PAM, drive FinOps practices for cost optimization, and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams while producing architecture diagrams and runbooks.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise-scale AWS architecture, influence technical direction across teams, mentor engineers, gain hands-on experience with privileged access management (Teleport), and advance your skills in FinOps, automation, and cloud-native security practices while contributing to a mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience designing, operating, and scaling cloud infrastructure with deep expertise in AWS
- • Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred)
- • Experience designing highly available, secure, and disaster-resilient production systems
- • Proficiency with automation and CI/CD pipelines supporting cloud-native workloads
- • Solid foundation in networking, IAM, and cloud security fundamentals
- • Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams
