- • The Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in building and nurturing talent pipelines, elevating employer brand, and optimizing candidate engagement through the Phenom platform to support EverCommerce’s mission of digitally transforming the service economy.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates, managing talent pipelines in LinkedIn Recruiter and Phenom CRM, executing targeted CRM campaigns, supporting talent marketing initiatives, maintaining the career site via Phenom CMS, and analyzing pipeline health and campaign performance to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
- • EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform with over 745,000+ customers, delivering tailored SaaS solutions in Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Wellness industries, and is committed to building an extraordinary company through innovative, data-driven talent acquisition strategies.
