- ⢠As an Account Executive for CollaborateMD within EverCommerce's EverHealth vertical, you will drive new business growth by selling practice management and medical billing SaaS solutions to independent medical provider practices across the United States. Your role is critical in helping healthcare organizations streamline operations, reduce administrative burden, and focus more on patient care through our trusted, scalable platform that processes over 1 million patient claims monthly.
- ⢠You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to demo execution, negotiation, and closing ā leveraging a high-velocity, phone- and webinar-based sales approach. Daily activities include conducting discovery calls to uncover pain points in medical practice workflows, delivering tailored product demonstrations using CollaborateMDās platform, managing pipeline in Salesforce, and consistently exceeding quota through persistent, consultative outreach.
- ⢠You will collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to refine messaging, share field insights, and ensure seamless handoffs post-sale. Your success will be measured by new logo acquisition, revenue attainment, and customer satisfaction ā all while embodying EverCommerceās values of resilience, curiosity, and customer-centric innovation.

- ⢠In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare SaaS sales, master complex B2B sales cycles in a regulated industry, and sharpen your consultative selling skills with cost-sensitive buyer personas. šÆ Requirements
- ⢠2-4 years of experience in a high-velocity, new business sales role at a modern SaaS company
- ⢠Proven success winning new accounts solely via phone and webinar channels
- ⢠Advanced proficiency with modern CRM and sales technology stack (Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Gong, Docusign, Zuora, etc.)
- ⢠Strong negotiation skills with cost-sensitive buyer personas, particularly in healthcare or professional services
- ⢠Professionally excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ⢠Demonstrated ability to self-improve core business development skills through coaching and feedback
