- • As a Customer Success Manager at EverCommerce, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue growth by ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the EverHealth platform within the healthcare and wellness service economy.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, monitor product usage to identify expansion opportunities, develop individualized success plans, and act as an internal and external facilitator to resolve challenges and promote best practices in service delivery.
- • You will join a mission-driven, globally distributed team at EverCommerce, a leading service commerce platform transforming how service professionals connect with customers across Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Wellness industries, serving over 725,000+ clients.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS customer success, healthcare service delivery, and cross-functional collaboration while developing strategic account management skills and contributing to scalable processes that enhance customer loyalty and revenue retention.
