- • EverHealth (GoodTherapy.org), a brand of EverCommerce Inc., is seeking a self-motivated Customer Support Associate to support therapists and individuals seeking therapy through the GoodTherapy platform. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences, reducing stigma around mental health, and connecting users with care in a growing healthcare-tech company.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inbound support inquiries via email, phone, and live chat; educating customers on platform utilization; anticipating client needs to prevent future issues; promoting and upselling additional product offerings; assisting with team onboarding and support calls; and providing feedback to the technology team on product improvements based on user interactions.
- • The EverCommerce team is distributed globally across the U.S., Canada, U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia, with a culture built on remote collaboration across time zones. This role is based remotely in Ontario, Canada, with flexibility to work in-office, hybrid, or fully remote depending on proximity to office locations. Occasional travel to corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other North American offices may be required.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare-tech customer support, strengthen communication and problem-solving skills, gain experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, and contribute meaningfully to mental health access and education. You’ll grow your ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized under pressure, and advocate for both customers and product improvements within a mission-driven team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or software, or a Bachelor’s degree
- • Passionate about delivering world-class customer experience with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable handling calls, emails, and live chats
- • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRMs, MS Office, and Google Business Apps
- • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stress in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- • Strong attention to detail with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, friendly terms
