- • As a Digital Customer Success Manager at EverCommerce, you will play a critical role in driving customer growth, satisfaction, and product loyalty by building strong relationships and enabling effective service delivery for the EverHealth platform.
- • Day to day, you will develop success plans for customers, monitor product usage to drive adoption and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, serve as an expert on EverHealth platforms, and collaborate internally and externally to solve problems and improve customer outcomes.
- • You will join a distributed, innovative team at EverCommerce, a leading service commerce platform transforming the service economy with SaaS solutions for Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Wellness industries, serving over 725,000 customers.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare-focused SaaS customer success, refine your relationship and program management skills, and gain experience driving product adoption and revenue expansion in a fast-growing, values-driven company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- • 2-4 years of relevant service or relationship management experience
- • Prior SaaS account management experience highly desired; healthcare industry experience is a plus
- • Experience handling multiple tasks required
- • Willingness to take initiative and solve problems
- • Orientation toward continuously improving processes and management best practices
