EverHealth - Implementation Specialist II (Remote, US)

📋 Description

• • As an Implementation Specialist II for EverHealth’s DrChrono product, you will be responsible for guiding healthcare customers through a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring they are confident and proficient in using the software long-term. This role is critical to customer success, as it directly impacts adoption, satisfaction, and retention of EverCommerce’s health services SaaS solutions.
• • Day to day, you will host webinar training sessions for multiple customer stakeholders, serve as the primary point of contact for customers during a 60–90-day implementation window, manage end-to-end project timelines to ensure on-time delivery, and provide consultative guidance on best practices for using DrChrono. You will also respond to inbound inquiries, identify and escalate urgent issues, and manage a portfolio of 15–20 concurrent customer projects.
