📋 Description

• • As a Software Implementation Consultant at EverCommerce, you will analyze customer needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions, playing a key role in helping service organizations streamline operations through the Fieldpoint software platform.
• • Day to day, you will assist customers with installation, training, customization, and deployment of Fieldpoint Software both remotely and on-site, write SQL and .NET code, develop custom SSRS reports, provide implementation estimates, and communicate project statuses to stakeholders.
• • You will join EverCommerce’s Fieldpoint Professional Services Team, a division with over 25 years of experience delivering field service software that integrates with CRM, ERP, and accounting systems to empower 685,000+ customers across Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Fitness & Wellness industries.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in business process re-engineering, gain hands-on experience with enterprise software integrations, and grow your technical and consulting skills while working on diverse implementation projects across North America.
