- • As a Customer Success Manager at ZyraTalk (part of EverCommerce), you will serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for valued customers, guiding them through onboarding, driving product adoption, and ensuring retention and growth.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute tailored customer success plans, conduct business reviews and health checks, provide consultative support, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and contribute to evolving customer success strategies and playbooks.
- • EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform on a mission to digitally transform the service economy with tailored SaaS solutions for 725,000+ customers across Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Wellness industries, operating as a distributed global team.
