- • As the Director of Sales Operations at EverPro, a vital business unit within EverCommerce, you will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing the operational effectiveness of our sales organization. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic leader who can translate ambitious selling strategies into tangible, scalable execution, driving significant growth and efficiency within our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions.
- • You will be the architect of our sales operating model, ensuring it is robust, agile, and perfectly aligned with EverCommerce's mission to digitally transform the service economy. Your leadership will ensure that our sales teams are equipped with the best processes, tools, and insights to succeed in serving our extensive customer base of over 725,000 service professionals across the Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Wellness industries.
- • A core responsibility will be to own and refine our sales forecasting and pipeline management processes. This involves establishing clear performance metrics, implementing rigorous operating cadences, and ensuring complete visibility into sales activities and outcomes. Your work will foster a culture of accountability and predictability, enabling us to meet and exceed revenue targets consistently.
- • You will act as a key strategic partner to Sales and GTM leadership, translating high-level selling strategies into actionable plans. This includes optimizing coverage models, setting effective quotas, managing sales capacity, and designing incentive programs that motivate desired behaviors while maintaining financial prudence.
- • Driving continuous improvement will be a hallmark of your tenure. You will be tasked with identifying bottlenecks and friction points within the sales motion – from prospecting and lead conversion to deal closure – and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance sales productivity and the overall quality of execution.
- • Delivering actionable insights derived from sales data will be crucial. You will leverage analytics to inform leadership decisions, illuminate performance drivers, and guide strategic adjustments, ensuring that our sales operations are always optimized for maximum impact.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves the strategic alignment of incentives. You will oversee the design, management, and governance of sales commission programs, ensuring they effectively reinforce our strategic priorities, promote desired sales behaviors, and are operationally sound and easy to administer.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Enablement, and Technology departments. This collaborative approach ensures an integrated and seamless end-to-end sales execution process, supporting the entire customer lifecycle.
- • You will lead sales operations transformation initiatives, modernizing our approach to sales execution. This means evaluating and implementing best-in-class processes, tools, and operating rhythms that directly support the company’s overarching selling strategy and ambitious growth objectives.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales performance management, including sophisticated forecasting methodologies, pipeline health analysis, and the establishment of effective sales operating cadences. Your expertise will drive visibility, accountability, and predictable revenue generation.
- • You will be responsible for ensuring that our sales compensation and commission programs are not only competitive but also strategically aligned with our business goals, reinforcing desired sales activities and outcomes while ensuring operational simplicity and cost-effectiveness.
- • As a strategic GTM partner, you will engage with senior leadership across various departments, influencing decisions and driving alignment to achieve collective GTM success. This requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a deep understanding of sales operations.
