This pivotal role is instrumental in driving expansion revenue within the residential and field services industries, catering to small businesses like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, and yard maintenance.
  • • As the Manager of Account Management, you will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-performing team of 7-10 Account Managers. Your team's primary objective is to maximize customer lifetime value by strategically upselling core products and cross-selling complementary solutions across the EverPro portfolio.
  • • This position is ideal for an experienced sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, transactional environment characterized by short deal cycles, typically closing within 1-2 weeks with 1-2 touch points. You will be joining a newly established function with a significant opportunity to shape the expansion revenue strategy, cultivate a winning sales culture, and establish best practices that will drive future growth.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and iterating on new approaches and processes to build a scalable and repeatable sales motion. You will be expected to coach individual contributors, actively support deal closures, analyze key pipeline metrics, and develop strategic initiatives that yield measurable business impact.
  • • **Key Responsibilities include:**
  • • **Sales Performance Coaching:** Provide continuous sales coaching, conduct regular one-on-one meetings, participate in deal strategy sessions, and deliver constructive feedback to enhance individual and team sales performance.
  • • **Fostering a Winning Sales Culture:** Cultivate a competitive, data-driven, and results-oriented team environment where Account Managers actively share best practices, celebrate successes, and maintain high standards of accountability.
  • • **Talent Acquisition and Development:** Recruit exceptional Account Managers, refine existing onboarding programs, and establish clear development pathways to foster skill growth and career advancement within the team.
  • • **Driving Revenue Growth and Operational Excellence:** Take ownership of team quota attainment, ensure forecast accuracy, and manage key performance indicators such as call activity, pipeline development, MRR growth, and expansion rates.
  • • **Sales Playbook Development:** Build, test, and iterate on sales processes optimized for short deal cycles, rapid closes, and efficient sales motions.
  • • **Performance Analysis and Optimization:** Continuously monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and leading indicators to identify trends, remove obstacles, and enhance overall sales team effectiveness and attainment.
  • • **Enabling Account Growth:** Collaborate with Account Managers on key opportunities, offering strategic guidance for opportunity identification and accelerating deal progression through short sales cycles.
  • • **Championing Customer Value:** Guide the team to adopt a consultative approach, positioning EverPro's add-ons and complementary products as essential solutions for small business owners seeking to improve efficiency and drive operational growth.
  • • **Data-Driven Opportunity Identification:** Leverage usage data and customer insights to empower the team in identifying expansion opportunities and developing targeted strategies for upselling and cross-selling across the EverPro ecosystem.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with the Director of Account Management on go-to-market strategies and territory planning. Coordinate with Customer Success for seamless lead identification and customer experience. Collaborate with Marketing on campaign development and lead management to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
  • • **System Implementation and Scaling:** Optimize the team's utilization of Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, and other tools to enhance pipeline visibility, activity tracking, reporting, and overall sales productivity.
  • • **Metrics and Reporting:** Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), collaborate with BizOps and RevOps to build dashboards, and deliver regular forecasts and performance updates to leadership, highlighting team performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • • **Scaling the Function:** Work with leadership to develop the organizational structure, processes, and enablement programs necessary to effectively scale the Account Management function as the business expands.
