• • The Manager of Growth & Market Strategy at EverPro, a business unit of EverCommerce, serves as a strategic and operational partner to the General Manager of Service Fusion, translating strategic priorities into execution across the business while ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress against key initiatives.
• • Day to day, the role involves supporting GM execution, translating strategy into actionable plans, tracking progress against initiatives, preparing materials for critical decisions, attending cross-functional leadership meetings, identifying gaps and risks, ensuring clear ownership and timelines, driving follow-ups and accountability, coordinating growth initiatives, maintaining centralized views of priorities and performance, supporting planning processes, conducting market and competitive research, synthesizing insights for leadership, evaluating growth opportunities, developing and maintaining reporting on key business metrics, analyzing performance across acquisition, retention, and expansion, identifying trends and risks, and supporting executive-level reporting.
• • The team operates within EverPro, which provides software and solutions to help home and field service businesses run and grow with greater efficiency and confidence, bringing together purpose-built tools across trades like field service, remodeling, roofing, landscaping, and pest and lawn to help service professionals manage operations, engage customers, and drive long-term growth.
