As a rising junior or senior pursuing your bachelor's degree, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of Sales Enablement and Sales Operations, contributing directly to revenue growth across the EverPro portfolio.
  • • This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience, working closely with the sales leadership team to manage, deliver, and create impactful programs and collateral. You will be at the forefront of driving sales success, learning the intricacies of what makes a sales organization thrive.
  • • A core responsibility will involve the creation and development of comprehensive training content tailored for the sales team. This includes conceptualizing and producing materials that enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall effectiveness, ensuring our sales professionals are equipped with the best resources.
  • • You will gain practical, daily experience utilizing cutting-edge sales enablement tools such as Salesloft, mastering their functionalities to support sales workflows and improve productivity.
  • • Daily engagement with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, specifically Salesforce, will be crucial. You will learn to navigate its complexities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate insightful dashboards and reports that inform strategic decisions.
  • • This role provides exposure to standard sales operations motions, including the critical processes of monthly reporting and sales forecasting. You will develop an understanding of how to predict future sales performance and identify trends.
  • • Active participation in team meetings will be expected, where you will be responsible for taking detailed notes and summarizing key discussions and action items, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
  • • You will play a key role in the creation and management of essential monthly sales initiatives. This includes supporting training programs, meticulously tracking marketing leads, and contributing to outreach campaigns designed to generate new business opportunities.
