- • As a Technical Customer Support Specialist for EverCommerce’s Bold Group, you will provide Tier 1 technical support for mission-critical alarm monitoring and financial management solutions used by service professionals in Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Fitness & Wellness industries.
- • Day to day, you will monitor and respond to ticketing queues and emails, escalate support requests, troubleshoot technical issues using SQL, network architecture, and virtual machine knowledge, prioritize competing tasks, represent the customer’s voice, contribute to knowledge base articles, and work within SLAs—including on-call responsibilities in a 24x7 environment.

- • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in accounting and business management systems like AlarmBiller, SedonaOffice, and Managely, sharpen your diagnostic skills by analyzing source code and logs, learn new products quickly, and grow into a trusted technical advocate for customers while contributing to internal and external documentation.
🎯 Requirements
- • C1 level English proficiency (spoken and written) with professional and clear communication skills
- • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical support (application, OS, or networking)
- • Knowledge of performance monitoring and tuning tools, problem determination and recovery, and security
- • Experience with PSIM or Alarm Monitoring Centers
- • Understanding of accounting and business management principles, Microsoft SQL, network architecture, distributed computing, storage, and virtual machine configuration
