- • As a Customer Care Advocate for EverWell’s SalonBiz Software, you will play a vital role in ensuring salon and spa professionals receive exceptional support to run their businesses smoothly, directly impacting customer satisfaction and retention in the wellness and service industries.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text; providing software training and technical support; troubleshooting issues; guiding customers on optimal use of SalonBiz features; and proactively working to reduce cancellations by resolving problems quickly and empathetically.
- • EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform powering over 725,000 customers across Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Wellness industries through tailored SaaS solutions; SalonBiz, an EverCommerce subsidiary operated by PaySimple, empowers salons and spas with tools for appointment booking, payments, inventory, and reporting.
- • In this role, you will develop deep product expertise, strengthen your customer service and technical support skills, gain experience with Oracle SQL Developer, and grow your ability to solve complex issues collaboratively—positioning you for advancement within EverCommerce’s distributed, innovative team.
