  • • EverWell, a key vertical within EverCommerce, is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Global Sales Performance Lead to drive significant revenue growth and operational excellence within the hair and beauty SaaS sector.
  • • This pivotal role is instrumental in identifying and quantifying new growth opportunities, developing data-driven strategies, and collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Data & Insights, and regional teams to ensure seamless and scalable execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • • You will be at the forefront of streamlining sales processes, removing operational friction points, and unlocking new revenue streams, while also taking ownership of an accurate first-pass revenue forecast.
  • • A core responsibility will be defining optimal operating models, providing implementation support, ensuring widespread adoption of new initiatives, and meticulously tracking their impact on business objectives.
