- • As a Senior FP&A Analyst at EverWell (an EverCommerce vertical), you will sit at the centre of forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, supporting operational decision-making and enterprise reporting into EverCommerce.
- • Day to day, you will support preparation and maintenance of EverWell operating forecast models and annual budgets, maintain forecast drivers and assumptions, run scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis, prepare and execute OneStream forecast and budget loads, maintain and update PLP assumptions, reconcile operating model outputs to OneStream and reporting outputs, support monthly reporting and variance analysis, provide financial performance insights, work closely with the Head of Finance and Corporate FP&A on reporting accuracy and governance, help improve forecasting and reporting processes over time, and support ad hoc financial analysis and modelling requests across EverWell.
- • EverWell, part of EverCommerce, serves over 30,000 customers in 100 countries through Timely and SalonBiz, providing SaaS solutions for beauty professionals. The company is on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals and simplify and empower the lives of business owners, operating within the wider EverCommerce ecosystem.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial planning and analysis within a fast-moving SaaS environment, gain hands-on experience with OneStream and financial consolidation systems, strengthen your stakeholder management and communication skills, and contribute to process improvements that enhance financial visibility and reliability across the business.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance roles
- • Strong financial modelling and Excel capability
- • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- • Experience working with financial planning or consolidation systems (e.g. OneStream, Adaptive, TM1)
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- • High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- • SaaS or subscription business experience preferred
- • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools beneficial
