📋 Description

• The Executive Vice President, Strategy & Consulting is a senior, client-facing leader within the Occupier Services platform, responsible for driving revenue growth, market differentiation, and client impact through advanced strategic advisory and financial insights to brokers and their clients.
• Day to day, you will serve as a trusted advisor to occupier broker-led clients, lead strategy and analytics components of high-value pursuits, partner with brokers to originate and win new business, develop financially grounded strategies and business cases, integrate advisory capabilities across service lines, and drive thought leadership through proprietary frameworks and external representation.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in integrated occupier advisory, shape firm-wide thought leadership, influence high-stakes client decisions across portfolio, workforce, and location strategy, and directly impact revenue growth and market positioning through innovation and strategic execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience across commercial real estate, consulting, or advisory
• Proven success in client-facing, revenue-generating roles
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Deep experience supporting complex, multi-market occupier decisions
• Strong background in location incentives, workforce analytics, and portfolio optimization preferred
• Exceptional strategic thinking combined with deep financial and analytical expertise
