📋 Description
- • Oversee and lead Medline’s Sales efforts within key health systems, including hospitals, physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, and post-acute facilities, driving revenue growth and market penetration in assigned territories.
- • Establish and deliver sales through consistent customer calls and a regularly scheduled itinerary; develop consultative relationships with stakeholders across health system organizations to understand needs and position Medline solutions effectively.
- • Collaborate with Medline Sales teams, Specialists, and Product Divisions to implement strategies that introduce and execute programs and products aligned with customer objectives.
- • Monitor and respond to changes in customer environments, adapting sales approaches based on new information or market shifts to maintain competitive advantage.
