- • The Executive Assistant at TIH Insurance Services, LLC provides high-level administrative support to individuals or departments, ensuring smooth daily operations through efficient handling of correspondence, scheduling, travel, and confidential information—playing a critical role in enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing key correspondence, reports, and forms; composing documents as directed; researching and assembling project information; executing routine assignments under general guidance; establishing and maintaining organized filing systems (both physical and digital); answering phones and managing walk-in inquiries with professionalism; coordinating complex travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings, and appointments; exercising discretion when handling sensitive or confidential data; and serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and facilitate communication.
- • The team operates within CRC Group’s broader organizational structure, supporting insurance and risk management professionals in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment where reliability, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving are valued; the role contributes to departmental efficiency by reducing administrative burdens on executives and enabling seamless workflow across functions.
- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced organizational and time-management skills, gain exposure to corporate operations within the insurance industry, refine communication and interpersonal abilities through cross-functional interactions, and build expertise in office technology and administrative best practices—positioning them for growth into senior support or operations-focused roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent education and related training
- • Three years of experience in an administrative, support, or office coordination role
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and multi-line phone systems
- • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
