- • This Executive Assistant role supports senior leadership at a forward-thinking organization that empowers entrepreneurs and venture capital firms by driving innovation and business growth through strategic resources, investment opportunities, and access to a strong network of experienced professionals.
- • The role involves managing the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, drafting and responding to emails, handling communications, coordinating travel and logistics, preparing documents and reports, managing data entry and expense tracking, and providing cross-departmental administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- • The company is a remote-first organization serving U.S.-based clients, requiring alignment with U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM PT), and is focused on scaling internal operations to support growth and innovation in the entrepreneurial and venture capital ecosystem.
- • The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-level business activities, develop advanced organizational and communication skills, and have clear pathways for growth and increased responsibility within a dynamic, impact-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to draft professional correspondence
- • Strong organizational skills, including managing complex calendars and multiple priorities
- • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Slack
- • Familiarity with project management software is a plus
- • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset with proactive initiative
