This position is designed to significantly amplify the CGO's output by taking on critical operational and creative support tasks that currently impede their workflow.
- • The core mission of this role is to act as a force multiplier for the CGO, enabling them to focus on high-level strategy and idea generation while you expertly manage the execution and operational backbone. This is not a conventional administrative position focused on calendar management; instead, it involves hands-on engagement with marketing platforms and content production.
- • You will be instrumental in transforming the CGO's innovative concepts into tangible marketing assets. This includes building lead magnets, developing templates, and setting up campaigns within HubSpot, allowing for rapid testing and iteration before handing off finalized assets to the branding team.
- • A key responsibility will be the meticulous tracking of various growth initiatives, ensuring that all active projects progress smoothly and meet their objectives. You will be the linchpin in translating the CGO's visionary ideas into concrete, actionable steps, overseeing their execution from inception to completion.
- • You will play a vital role in launching new marketing experiments and projects as they are identified by the CGO, requiring agility and a proactive approach to implementation.
- • Organizing the CGO's diverse ideas and coordinating effectively with the broader team will be crucial for driving these initiatives forward. This involves clear communication and project management to ensure alignment and progress.
- • You will be responsible for extracting and compiling HubSpot data to generate comprehensive scorecard reports, providing essential insights for executive-level review and decision-making.
- • A specific operational task involves managing advisor meeting link assignments within HubSpot, ensuring they align with client tier eligibility and strategic objectives.
- • You will also create and manage email campaigns, diligently tracking their effectiveness to identify optimal communication strategies for various prospect segments.
- • In terms of content support, you will independently organize and manage a significant volume of media assets currently handled directly by the CGO.
- • You will assist in scheduling short-form social media posts that fall outside of the CGO's automated workflows, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
- • A critical content-related task involves reviewing long-form video recordings to identify compelling clips and promising content ideas that can be repurposed for broader marketing efforts.
- • You will manage and direct the work of virtual assistants (VAs) and other team members executing various tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- • This role requires proactive research and preparation of outlined content for trending topics, keeping Root Insurance at the cutting edge of industry conversations.
- • You will also handle outbound communications for strategic partnerships, fostering and maintaining key external relationships.
- • Inbox and communications management is paramount. You will meticulously manage the CGO's Gmail inbox, triaging emails, responding to routine inquiries, prioritizing urgent matters, and flagging items requiring the CGO's direct attention.
- • After an initial ramp-up period, you will be empowered to handle routine communications independently, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and professionalism.
- • You will also be tasked with scanning the company’s general inbox to identify and address urgent prospect requests promptly.
- • Support for the Root Academy, a Kajabi-based platform, includes responding to member emails and addressing their questions, ensuring a positive member experience.
- • You will also process refunds and manage escalated member support issues within the Root Academy, requiring empathy and problem-solving skills.
