- • The Executive Assistant provides direct administrative and project management support to the Vice President, Customer Experience & Operations Enablement at Evernorth, a division of The Cigna Group, playing a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness and organizational efficiency.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling meetings and teleconferences, maintaining executive calendars, preparing agendas and presentations, tracking action items, managing travel arrangements and expense reports, facilitating off-site meetings, and supporting organizational accountabilities such as headcount reports and interdepartmental communications.
- • The role operates within a fast-paced, matrixed environment at The Cigna Group, a health services organization dedicated to improving the health and vitality of those it serves through its Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services divisions.
- • The Executive Assistant will develop proactive problem-solving skills, refine executive-level communication and documentation abilities, gain experience in project coordination and leadership support, and contribute directly to the efficiency of senior leadership while building expertise in organizational operations and cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 5+ years of previous Executive Assistant experience directly supporting executive-level leadership
- • Advanced-level expertise with the full MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to produce executive-level documents
- • Project management skills and demonstrated spreadsheet tracking/analysis abilities
- • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills with ability to interact across all organizational levels
- • Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
