- • The role of Merchandise Procurement & Purchasing Specialist is critical to ensuring that 100x Hospitality delivers high-quality, sustainable merchandise for live events and e-commerce, directly supporting the company’s mission to create unforgettable experiences through thoughtful product lines.
- • Day to day, the person will source and purchase merchandise for events and online stores, manage domestic and international vendors across the U.S., Mexico, and China, evaluate vendor practices for sustainability and ethics, track invoices and payments, conduct cost analyses, manage Shopify product listings and inventory, coordinate product launches with design and fulfillment teams, and collaborate closely with graphic design on specs, timelines, and production capabilities.
- • The team at 100x Hospitality values creativity, quality, and sustainability, operating remotely with a focus on building responsible, efficient supply chains that align with environmental and ethical standards while supporting live event experiences.
- • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in global merchandise procurement, sustainable sourcing strategies, Shopify-based e-commerce operations, and cross-functional collaboration — gaining tangible impact on cost efficiency, environmental footprint, and product quality while growing into a strategic operations contributor.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of relevant experience in merchandise procurement, production, or purchasing
- • Excellent communication and vendor management skills
- • Experience using Shopify, Airtable, and Google Suite
- • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- • Must be comfortable working U.S. working hours
